  • MINI First Competition Winner Demelza Hospice Care for Children is delighted to announce the winner of our exciting Mini First competition.

The draw for the car took place at the Demelza May Ball on May 15th and the lucky winner was Mark Brown from Greenwich.
  • MINI First Competition for Demelza House The keys to the car were handed over to Mark by Patsy Barrett whose family company based in Canterbury and Ashford donated the Mini, at a special presentation at Eastwell Manor near Ashford on June 9th.

Mark who has an advertising company in the Greenwich area said: 'As a local business man I was aware of the new hospice in Eltham opening last year and I wanted to support a local charity, I never dreamed I'd actually win the competition.

'My family have been joking with me saying that I thought I was being charitable but look what I have ended up with, I can't believe it!

'The competition was actually drawn on my daughter Michelle's birthday so I am giving her the car and her brother is going to have her old one, so everyone's happy!'
