My car was booked in for a (short) routine service there was little point in arranging a loan car.While I waited I was able to look at the newer models and the seating area was very comfortable area to wait. All the work was discussed with me after.

Great communication, even if there was no update, Jake would advise this. Excellent attention to detail. I went in with an idea of which car I wanted, however Jake asked questions to ensure that I was getting the car that was right for me.

We are returning customers, this time we (my wife and I) have bought two minis (a Countryman Cooper S and a Clubman Cooper) and the service was again outstanding.The handover and explanation of the ins and outs of both cars was excellent.

Although some of the repairs can be quite expensive I do believe that my dealership do not exaggerate work needed and keep service rates as low as possible, so for that I'm grateful.

When I called to book my service I started getting told prices over the phone for my service as it was overdue which I was aware of but sent me into a panic due to the cost to then be told it wouldn't cost me and was covered by My TLC package!
